Copyright & artwork
Only upload artwork you own or have permission to print. This includes the necessary rights to images, logos, characters, trademarks, and photographs.
Your artwork
You keep your ownership rights. By submitting a design, you give Shirtiya permission to store and reproduce it as needed to prepare, print, fulfill, and support your order. This does not give us permission to add your design to our shop for others to buy.
Designs we cannot print
We may refuse or pause orders involving suspected infringement, counterfeit branding, illegal material, or other unlawful use. AI-generated artwork is subject to the same rules; using AI does not guarantee that a design is free of third-party rights.
Report suspected infringement
Use our contact page with the subject “Copyright complaint.” Identify the protected work and the specific page, design, or order involved, explain your rights, and provide contact details and supporting information. We review complaints and may remove a design or pause printing while investigating.
DMCA notices
A formal notice should include your signature, identification of the protected work and disputed material, information locating that material, your contact details, a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized, and a statement that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act, under penalty of perjury. Knowingly false notices can have legal consequences.
For formal notices and counter-notices, see the U.S. Copyright Office’s designated-agent directory and requirements.
